I have to give most the credit for this recipe to my wife. One day she decided to take a part some Costco Sausages and create this amazing dish that’s easy to make an takes no time what so ever.
First lets have a look at what we will need:
- 5 Fresh Tomatoes
- 4 Costco Sausage
- 1 Strained Tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt and Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- Vegetable or Olive Oil
First cut up your garlic and onions into little pieces seen in the images below. You must cook this on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until it looks sauteed. From here you add in diced tomatoes, salt, pepper and and tomato sauce. Stir all together and allow simmering for 15 minutes. You can also include a cup of your most treasured cooking wine at this time as well.
Take your Costco Sausages and remove the sausage wrapping from the meat. Do this for each sausage you add, suggested amount is 3 to 4 sausages. Precook the sausage in it’s on pan, once done add into the existing sauce, mix together and allow cooking for an hour or two, continue adding tomato sauce as needed to prevent recipe from drying up.
Bring a pot of water to boil, add vegetable oil and a tbs of salt. Let it come to boil, add 2 cups of preferred pasta, cook to preferred taste and mix into the pasta sauce. Serve with garlic bread and or garden salad.
